Oscar Garcia is the Keynote Speaker teaching Doctoral Class at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University

In collaboration with Dr. Janet K. Tinoco, Ph.D., BSEE, MIB, Professor at the O'Maley College of Business, Daytona Beach Campus at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, Oscar was honored to be the Keynote Speaker, teaching a Doctoral Class.

The participants consisted of professionals working on their doctorate degree in Aviation Business Administration (and Aerospace).
