Oscar S. Garcia, has been selected and is a finalist for inclusion in the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Commercial Space Advisory Committee (COMSTAC). This committee is part of the FAA office for commercial space transportation (AST) the most relevant authority in the emerging commercial space industry segment and reports directly to the FAA Administrator.
