IFC
participated in a South Florida multi-national aerospace
industry survey and research project. The study was performed
in conjunction with World City magazine (www.worldcityweb.com).
The objective of the article is to make clear distinctions
between the aviation, space and aerospace industry sectors.
In addition, the research study will shed light in the number
and details of the aerospace, space and aviation companies
residing South Florida.

about the real powerhouse that exists in South Florida in
our industry. Like World City, many of us in the
South Florida aerospace community are contributing our time
and resources to inventory, articulate and display to the
global community our attributes as an aerospace cluster.
When we add up the numbers, I suspect we will be delighted
to find out that we are possibly the third or fourth largest
in the world.”
World City intends to continue its focus in the
aerospace industry with yearly updates and further articles
on the subjects from IFC and other South Florida aerospace
industry leading companies.
