Garcia Chaired the inauguration of MIU Aviation Event’s
first European VLJ Conference, held in Vienna on June 26-27,
2007. The Chairman Stated “It is an honor and a privilege
for me to chair this first and trend setting event. The
European VLJ Conference is intended to harness the multiple
efforts that the private aviation industry is making in
Europe to ensure the entry into service of the Very Light
Jet aircraft. The participants have invested hundreds of
millions of dollars and euros in preparation for service
deployment in early 2008. This conference will set the tone
and the pace for the future ones and I am delighted to bring
my input and to facilitate dialogue and initiatives amongst
European stakeholders”
