On February
26th, Steve Kohler, President of Space Florida (www.spaceflorida.gov)
announced to its Board Members the addition of Oscar S. Garcia
to the Board’s Advisory Committee. Space Florida’s Board is
Chaired by Florida’s Governor, the Honorable Charlie Crist.
Steve
Kohler stated “Oscar has many years of experience in aviation
organizations and governing boards. He is the founding partner
and chairman of InterFlight Global Corporation. He is a FAA
airline transport pilot and FAA flight safety counselor. Oscar
is a Director on the Board of the Greater Miami Aviation Association.
Please join me in welcoming Oscar Garcia as a new member of
Space Florida’s Business Development Advisory Committee team.”
Oscar
Garcia stated “it is an honor and a privilege for me, IFG
and its companies to be of service to Space Florida’s Board
its members and the Governor. I am proud to serve the for
the betterment of the State of Florida and look forward to
adding value and insight to best contribute to Florida’s Aerospace
